A: The DE370 has a 2 hour battery life, more than enough for a full day of patients! We recommend charging the device at night so it is ready the following day.
Q: How much does the FireflyPro Mobile app cost? Do I need to buy a license?
A: FireflyPro is free and there are versions for iOS, Android, and Windows! No additional fee required.
Q: Are the images and videos recorded with my Firefly compatible with EMR/EHR?
A: FireflyPro records images and videos as standard file types, which can be easily read and uploaded into any electronic medical record system.
Q: Is the DE370 compatible with my telehealth platform?
A: The DE370 Wireless HD Digital Dermatoscope is intended to be used with the FireflyPro Mobile app, but may also be used with 3rd party telehealth platforms on iOS and Windows. If you would like to use a 3rd party video conferencing package with this device please contact Firefly and we can provide integration guidelines. Screen sharing functionality and cellular data is required.
